All orders and purchases made through this website (hereinafter referred to as “computervillage.ng) are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice and at our discretion.
Use of the Computervillage.ng Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Nigerian governing laws. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a member of Computervillage.ng and shall not transact or use Computervillage.ng website. As a minor if you wish to use or transact on Computervillage.ng, such use or transaction may be made by your legal guardian or parents who have registered as users of Computervillage.ng. Computervillage.ng reserves the right to terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to Computervillage.ng if it is brought to the notice of Computervillage.ng or if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 years.
Contract between us and the customer
When you place an order to purchase items using our website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. We will confirm receipt of your order by contacting you on your phone or mobile number and sending you an email summarizing the details of your order ("Order Confirmation email"). The contract between us is formed at the point we send the Order Confirmation email in respect of those items mentioned in the email. If your order contained a number of items and the Order Confirmation email mentions on some of them, those items which have yet to be dispatched to you do not form part of that contract.

The intention of ComputerVillage.ng is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, Computervillage.ng cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
All delivery times are estimates only and some products may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.
Our Customer Care and Service Centre will contact you with expected delivery days and time upon receipt of your order.
Please note some products may take longer due to shortages from the manufacturers. Our call center will advise you of this upon receipt of order.
You will need to register with us to purchase items using our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for preventing unauthorized access to your profile. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please take all necessary steps to ensure that the username and password is kept confidential and secure. Please inform us immediately by phone if you have any reason to believe that your username and/or password has become known to anyone else, or are being, or are likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner. Please ensure the details you provide us with on registration are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to those details (e.g. change of email or postal address). You can access and update your registration details using the 'My Account' area of the website.
We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.
At ComputerVillage.ng we carry huge stock holdings of products at our Distribution Centre to ensure speedy delivery of your ordered items. However, under certain circumstances if a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed about the same.
Products are invoiced in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Delivery is charged extra. Please refer to Delivery Information on this site for details. Although we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled. Prices displayed on the Website apply to online purchases only. They are not indicative of the price of identical items purchased at any other store or by any other means. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the website from time to time and once updated, they cannot be claimed against an order that has already been confirmed or delivered.
Changes in Price and Availability
ComputerVillage.ng may change the price of any item on the site from time to time as it sees fit. Prices are subject to change without notice. ComputerVillage.ng will not issue refunds in the event that a price decrease occurs after a customer has made a purchase. ComputerVillage.ng does not guarantee that any item will be in-stock or that any item will continue to be carried. Selection of inventory will change as ComputerVillage.ng sees fit and is subject to change without notice.
What do I need to know when receiving my order?
Carefully read the information below regarding the proper handling of your new equipment. Following these guidelines will make your experience with our Customer Care easier and more pleasant and will help expedite any transactions.
• Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to its contents and condition.
• All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to ComputerVillage.ng within twelve (12) business hours of receipt of merchandise.
• In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact Computervillage.ng and inform us about it. ComputerVillage.ng will then investigate the matter and authorize either a full refund or replace the unit if the claim or complaint deems fit.
• All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging.
• Please DO NOT fill out the manufacturer's warranty cards until you are absolutely sure you want to keep your merchandise.
Whereas Computervillage.ng offers various online the payment method(s) , We also accept payments by Cash on Delivery on some locations. Computervillage.ng will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:
1. Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
2. Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your "Bank/s", or
3. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
4. Decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
Please note that if you order a number of items for delivery to the same address, they may be dispatched separately and we cannot guarantee delivery of all the items on the same day. We make every effort to dispatch items on time. If we are unable to deliver the items within our normal timeframe, we will inform you about the same well in advance. Cancellation fee (if applicable) will be deducted prior to refunding the amount. If the items are not delivered within the time period we specify in the Order Confirmation Email, please contact our Customer Care Department quoting the order number contained in your Order Confirmation Email. Delivery occurs when the items are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. After this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of items purchased does not pass to you until payment is received by us in full.
All items purchased from Computervillage.ng are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the Risk of Loss shall remain with Computervillage.ng until the item is transferred to You. In the event that the items are damaged after receipt, the risk falls on the customer.
Computervillage.ng tries to be as accurate as possible. However, Computervillage.ng does not warrant that product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Computervillage.ng itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
After clicking "Submit Order"
you agree and accept the following terms & conditions:
- You will provide valid and true details to an ComputerVillage.ng Customer Care agent, who will contact you on your mobile phone to confirm the order and delivery details.
- Your Order status can be tracked online through the "See Orders" link after logging into your account.
- You are requested to get in touch with the respective brand service centres, directly in case of any service or warranty related issues and our Customer Care Centres will provide you the contact details to do the same. Nevertheless, we can coordinate any service & warranty related issues on your behalf and get the issue resolved, if you prefer to do so.
- Please make necessary arrangements for payments (if it is Cash on Delivery or Credit / Debit Card Order) and authorise an individual to accept the goods in your absence.
- ComputerVillage.ng will NOT visit your location more than THREE (3) times per order; all further attempts will be charged extra.
- If the order is cancelled within 24 hrs of placing the order, no cancellation charges will apply (Order has to be cancelled either by email - firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling out Customer Care Phone Number +234-814-0000-567
- All refunds will be made within 14 days through the same mode of payment received. Cancellation and other charges may apply and will be deducted.
- Prior to breaking the factory seal, please ensure that the model number on the packing / carton matches YOUR ORDER.
- Goods broken open from the factory packing or switched on cannot be accepted for EXCHANGE or REPLACEMENT.
- In case the goods are DAMAGED or INCOMPLETE or INCORRECT - please inform ComputerVillage.ng (by email or phone) within 12 hrs of delivery.
Warranties & Repair
All items sold by ComputerVillage.ng are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor/supplier. All items needing repair should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor/supplier directly for service or warranty claim. ComputerVillage.ng is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor/supplier fails to perform warranty services. Computervillage.ng reserves the right to inspect the item prior to approving replacement under warranty.
ComputerVillage.ng also provides an extended warranty which varies from item to item, which is only applicable at the point of purchase.
ComputerVillage.ng will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. ComputerVillage.ng's liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
Alterations to this Website and Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right at any time to make changes to this website, these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and such other policies as we may notify you of. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time you use the website or order items from the website. Changes which we are required to make by law could apply to orders which you have already made. If any of the terms and conditions forming the contract between us is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, it will be deemed severable and not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
What is not covered?
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; accident; excess moisture; insects; lightning; power surges; connections to improper voltage supply; unauthorized alteration or modification of original condition; damages caused by inadequate packing or shipping procedures; loss of, damage to or corruption of stored data; damages caused by use with third-party products/applications; product that requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
